Incident Summary – API Degradation (10 June 2025)
When: 10:00 – 10:30 UTC incident start; degraded performance until 16:00 UTC

What happened: A new field in the June 10 SmartSuite release caused degraded performance for some API endpoints.

Impact: Elevated 429 errors and slower automations. No data loss.

Fix: Rolled back June 10 release, manually reduced worker counts, reset rate-limits, then restored normal capacity.
